These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the EasyWall website, customer portal, desktop client, API services, licensing system, and related software, features, and infrastructure. By creating an account, purchasing a plan, installing the client, or using EasyWall, you agree to these Terms.
EasyWall is a security and infrastructure software service focused on Windows environments, traffic visibility, event monitoring, machine management, license administration, and related account services. Certain features may be limited, restricted, or unavailable depending on plan, environment, operational status, technical constraints, or platform changes.
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting credentials, controlling access to your account, and all activity performed through your account or environment. EasyWall may require verification, additional security checks, or operational review before granting or maintaining access in certain cases.
Access to EasyWall features may depend on an active plan, subscription, or license associated with your account. Plans may differ in machine limits, feature availability, security capabilities, support scope, and other operational limits. EasyWall may update plan structure, features, or limits from time to time.
If paid plans, renewals, or billing features are offered, you are responsible for all charges associated with your subscription or purchase. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable once service access has been granted, except where required by law or expressly agreed by EasyWall. EasyWall may suspend, limit, or terminate paid access for failed payment, chargeback activity, fraud concerns, abuse, or billing disputes.
EasyWall is designed to improve security and visibility, but it does not replace your responsibility to secure your own infrastructure, operating system, firewall rules, backups, administrator access, credentials, or legal use of monitored systems. You remain responsible for the systems in which EasyWall is deployed and for decisions made based on EasyWall data or events.
EasyWall may suspend, restrict, revoke, or terminate access to the service, in whole or in part, where reasonably necessary for abuse prevention, fraud control, security risk, legal compliance, operational protection, plan violation, non-payment, or misuse of the service. EasyWall may also remove or disable specific machines, sessions, licenses, integrations, or features where needed to protect the platform or enforce these Terms.
EasyWall may update, improve, modify, replace, restrict, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. This includes features, plans, API behavior, limits, integrations, interface design, infrastructure providers, or technical architecture. EasyWall is not required to maintain every feature indefinitely.
EasyWall and its related software, branding, content, documentation, interfaces, and service materials remain the property of EasyWall and its licensors. Except as expressly permitted by applicable law or written authorization, you may not copy, redistribute, sublicense, reverse engineer, or create unauthorized derivative works from the service.
Your use of EasyWall is also governed by the EasyWall Privacy Policy. You acknowledge that EasyWall processes account, machine, event, and service-related data as reasonably necessary to operate the platform and provide security, licensing, and portal features.
EasyWall is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. EasyWall does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect detection, complete prevention of every attack, or error-free operation in every environment. Security software may improve protection, but it cannot eliminate all risk or guarantee every desired outcome.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EasyWall and its providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of revenue, profits, business, data, reputation, or expected savings arising from or relating to the use of the service. You remain responsible for your own systems, operations, decisions, and recovery processes.
These Terms are intended to govern the contractual use of the EasyWall service. Additional legal terms, jurisdictional rules, or commercial conditions may apply depending on how the service is sold, operated, or contracted. Formal legal notices or dispute-related issues should be directed through the official EasyWall contact channels.
EasyWall may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms become effective when posted, unless another effective date is stated. Continued use of the service after updated Terms are posted means the revised Terms apply to your continued use.
If you need contractual, licensing, billing, or support information, contact the EasyWall team through the official channels associated with the service.
